Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is allowed to register only one active account. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 8964 reserves the right to verify user identities and request supporting documents if necessary. Registering with false information or someone else’s identity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or closure of the account.
Password Security
Users are fully responsible for keeping their account passwords and login details confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Any activity on your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact 8964 customer support immediately and change your password.
General User Responsibilities
- Users are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent or activities that violate Malaysian law.
- Use of bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to manipulate the platform system is strictly prohibited.
- Users are not allowed to open multiple accounts or collude with others to exploit bonus or payment systems.
- Any attempts to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform infrastructure are serious offenses and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 8964 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users can make deposits using available local payment methods such as FPX and DuitNow. Account balances are updated instantly once payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
Withdrawals can only be made to Malaysian bank accounts registered under the same name as the 8964 account holder. The platform may require additional identity verification before processing withdrawals, especially for amounts exceeding certain limits. Processing times generally take 1 to 3 business days.

Account Suspension & Terms Amendments Policy
8964 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion that a user has breached any terms in this document, been involved in fraudulent activity, or used the platform in a way that harms the interests of the platform or other users.
In cases of account suspension, valid balances not under investigation can be reclaimed through the account review process defined by support. Users who believe their accounts were unfairly suspended may appeal via the platform’s official support channels.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the 8964 platform will be resolved following the legal procedures applicable under Malaysian jurisdiction.
